d&rsquo;actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de distributions record, tr\u00e8s nettement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2020 (<mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>42 Mds<\/strong><\/mark>) et 2021 (<mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>51 Mds<\/strong><\/mark>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" des patrons du CAC 40 a augment\u00e9 de <mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>50 %<\/strong><\/mark> en 2022, apr\u00e8s une baisse de <mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>15 %<\/strong><\/mark> en 2021.<br>La fourchette de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration est tr\u00e8s large, allant de <mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>1,2 millions d&rsquo;\u20ac<\/strong><\/mark> pour le patron d&rsquo;Eurofins \u00e0 <mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>44,1 M\u20ac<\/strong><\/mark> pour celui de Dassault syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"443\" height=\"238\" style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>29 %<\/strong><\/mark> en trois an (<mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>108<\/strong><\/mark> en 2018).<br>Il varie fortement selon les entreprises :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en dessous de <mark style=\"color:#c65ae6\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>30<\/strong><\/mark> chez Unibail,
