{"id":10981,"date":"2026-06-24T10:47:48","date_gmt":"2026-06-24T10:47:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/?p=10981"},"modified":"2026-06-24T10:47:51","modified_gmt":"2026-06-24T10:47:51","slug":"les-detroits-1-235-kilometres-qui-font-tourner-leconomie-mondiale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/fr\/les-detroits-1-235-kilometres-qui-font-tourner-leconomie-mondiale\/","title":{"rendered":"Les d\u00e9troits : 1 235 kilom\u00e8tres qui font tourner l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les 1 235 kilom\u00e8tres qui font tourner l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment quelques dizaines de kilom\u00e8tres d&rsquo;eau influencent le p\u00e9trole, les conteneurs, l&rsquo;inflation et le commerce de 8 milliards d&rsquo;habitants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis quatre mois, la crise du d\u00e9troit d&rsquo;Ormuz rappelle \u00e0 quel point l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale demeure vuln\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au plus fort de la crise, <strong>54 superp\u00e9troliers<\/strong> transportant environ <strong>87 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole<\/strong> (m\u00eame lien) se sont retrouv\u00e9s immobilis\u00e9s dans le Golfe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les co\u00fbts journaliers d&rsquo;affr\u00e8tement des grands p\u00e9troliers ont bondi de <strong>106 500 dollars<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>190 500 dollars<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/gulf-oil-tanker-rates-nearly-double-middle-east-producers-ramp-up-exports-2026-06-23\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/gulf-oil-tanker-rates-nearly-double-middle-east-producers-ramp-up-exports-2026-06-23\/<\/a>), certains atteignant m\u00eame <strong>470 000 dollars par jour<\/strong> (m\u00eame lien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette crise a rappel\u00e9 une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souvent oubli\u00e9e : une partie essentielle du commerce mondial d\u00e9pend d&rsquo;une poign\u00e9e de d\u00e9troits et de canaux dont la longueur cumul\u00e9e n&rsquo;exc\u00e8de gu\u00e8re la distance entre Paris et Rome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Le d\u00e9troit d&rsquo;Ormuz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 son point le plus \u00e9troit, Ormuz mesure seulement <strong>33 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/what-is-strait-hormuz-why-is-it-so-important-oil-2026-04-17\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/middle-east\/what-is-strait-hormuz-why-is-it-so-important-oil-2026-04-17\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>20 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole<\/strong> y transitent chaque jour, soit environ <strong>20 % de la consommation mondiale<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>20 % du commerce mondial de gaz naturel liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9<\/strong> d\u00e9pend \u00e9galement de ce passage (m\u00eame lien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques centaines de kilom\u00e8tres plus au sud, les navires rejoignent Bab-el-Mandeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Bab-el-Mandeb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre Djibouti et le Y\u00e9men, ce d\u00e9troit ne mesure que <strong>26 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/todayinenergy\/detail.php?id=40772\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/todayinenergy\/detail.php?id=40772<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>6,2 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole par jour<\/strong> y transitent. Cela repr\u00e9sente environ <strong>9 % du p\u00e9trole transport\u00e9 par voie maritime<\/strong> (m\u00eame lien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En remontant vers le nord, les navires atteignent ensuite le canal de Suez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Le canal de Suez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long de <strong>193 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.suezcanal.gov.eg\/English\/About\/SuezCanal\/Pages\/CanalDimensions.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.suezcanal.gov.eg\/English\/About\/SuezCanal\/Pages\/CanalDimensions.aspx<\/a>), le canal de Suez concentre environ <strong>12 % du commerce mondial<\/strong> et pr\u00e8s de <strong>30 % du trafic mondial de conteneurs<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/unctad.org\/news\/global-trade-impacts-red-sea-crisis-panama-canal-disruptions-and-black-sea-challenges\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/unctad.org\/news\/global-trade-impacts-red-sea-crisis-panama-canal-disruptions-and-black-sea-challenges<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2021, le blocage de l&rsquo;Ever Given pendant <strong>6 jours<\/strong> avait immobilis\u00e9 plus de <strong>400 navires<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-56567985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-middle-east-56567985<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la mer Noire, un autre passage joue un r\u00f4le essentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Le Bosphore<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long d&rsquo;environ <strong>31 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Bosphorus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Bosphorus<\/a>), le Bosphore voit passer plus de <strong>40 000 navires par an<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marad.dot.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/pdf\/Bosphorus.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.marad.dot.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/pdf\/Bosphorus.pdf<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>3 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole par jour<\/strong> transitent \u00e9galement par les d\u00e9troits turcs (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;ouest de la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, Gibraltar constitue une autre porte strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Le d\u00e9troit de Gibraltar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Large d&rsquo;environ <strong>14 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> \u00e0 son point le plus \u00e9troit (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Strait-of-Gibraltar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Strait-of-Gibraltar<\/a>), Gibraltar voit passer plus de <strong>100 000 navires par an<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.imo.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre la Baltique et la mer du Nord, les d\u00e9troits danois assurent une autre fonction vitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Les d\u00e9troits danois<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>4,9 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole par jour<\/strong> transitent par ces passages (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/international\/analysis\/special-topics\/World_Oil_Transit_Chokepoints<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 plus de 12 000 kilom\u00e8tres de l\u00e0, le canal de Panama relie Atlantique et Pacifique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Le canal de Panama<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long de <strong>82 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/pancanal.com\/en\/general-information\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/pancanal.com\/en\/general-information\/<\/a>), il accueille plus de <strong>14 000 navires par an<\/strong> (m\u00eame lien).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Environ <strong>5 % du commerce mondial<\/strong> et pr\u00e8s de <strong>40 % du trafic conteneuris\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain<\/strong> d\u00e9pendent directement de cette voie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/world\/see-the-global-chokepoints-that-carry-much-of-the-worlds-trade-9683adf2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/world\/see-the-global-chokepoints-that-carry-much-of-the-worlds-trade-9683adf2<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Asie du Sud-Est, le d\u00e9troit de Malacca constitue l&rsquo;autre g\u00e9ant du commerce maritime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Le d\u00e9troit de Malacca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long d&rsquo;environ <strong>900 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Malacca-Strait\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/place\/Malacca-Strait<\/a>), il a vu passer plus de <strong>102 500 navires<\/strong> en 2025 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/asia-pacific\/hormuz-crisis-throws-spotlight-worlds-largest-chokepoint-malacca-strait-2026-04-23\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/asia-pacific\/hormuz-crisis-throws-spotlight-worlds-largest-chokepoint-malacca-strait-2026-04-23\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e8s de <strong>23 millions de barils de p\u00e9trole par jour<\/strong> y transitent, davantage encore qu&rsquo;\u00e0 Ormuz.
