{"id":10898,"date":"2026-06-20T17:34:52","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T17:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/?p=10898"},"modified":"2026-06-20T22:05:16","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T22:05:16","slug":"10898","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/fr\/10898\/","title":{"rendered":"Un monde sous tension : 181 000 morts, 24 000 enfants victimes des conflits, 118 millions de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport du Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ONU sur les enfants et les conflits arm\u00e9s (CAAC), publi\u00e9 le 17 juin, montre que l&rsquo;exposition des civils et des mineurs a atteint en 2025 un niveau in\u00e9dit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>38 558 violations graves<\/strong> du droit international constat\u00e9es en 2025, le plus haut total enregistr\u00e9 en 30 ans de mandat CAAC ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>24 174 mineurs<\/strong> victimes de meurtres, mutilations, viols ou recrutements par des forces arm\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6 266 enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s<\/strong>, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un bond dramatique de <strong>34 %<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 2024 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7 958 enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mutil\u00e9s<\/strong>, en augmentation de <strong>10 %<\/strong> par rapport \u00e0 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Croisement avec les donn\u00e9es du HCR sur les mouvements migratoires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les violences provoquent des d\u00e9placements forc\u00e9s d&rsquo;une ampleur sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, document\u00e9e par le rapport <em>Global Trends<\/em> du HCR, publi\u00e9 le 11 juin :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1,4 % de la population mondiale<\/strong> est aujourd&rsquo;hui d\u00e9plac\u00e9e de force. Cela repr\u00e9sente une <strong>une personne sur 70<\/strong> sur la plan\u00e8te, contre <strong>une sur 125<\/strong> il y a dix ans ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>39 % <\/strong>des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s mondiaux sont des enfants ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>65 % <\/strong>des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s fuient vers des pays limitrophes de la zone de conflit ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>68 %<\/strong> des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sont accueillis dans des pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire ; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>9,1 millions de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes<\/strong> sont recens\u00e9s au Soudan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;analyse du Global Peace Index (GPI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2026 du GPI, publi\u00e9e le 9 juin :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>103 pays<\/strong> sont engag\u00e9s dans des conflits ext\u00e9rieurs, soit pr\u00e8s du double que en 2008 (59 pays).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>21 810 milliards de dollars<\/strong> : c\u2019est le co\u00fbt \u00e9conomique mondial de la violence. Cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 environ <strong>10 %<\/strong> du <strong>PIB mondial<\/strong>, ou environ <strong>2 600 dollars par habitant<\/strong> sur Terre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>99 pays<\/strong> ont vu leur indice de paix se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer cette ann\u00e9e, illustrant une progression de l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus aux conflits mondiaux se chiffrent \u00e0 plus de <strong>181 000 morts<\/strong> en 2025, soit <strong>six fois plus que en 2008<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sources :<\/strong><br><sup>&#8211;
