{"id":10920,"date":"2026-06-20T17:34:52","date_gmt":"2026-06-20T17:34:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/?p=10920"},"modified":"2026-06-20T22:01:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T22:01:02","slug":"10920","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/numonly.com\/es\/10920\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El informe del Secretario General de la ONU sobre los ni\u00f1os y los conflictos armados (CAAC), publicado el 17 de junio, muestra que la exposici\u00f3n de los civiles y los menores alcanz\u00f3 en 2025 un nivel sin precedentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>38.558 violaciones graves<\/strong> del derecho internacional registradas en 2025, el total m\u00e1s elevado en los 30 a\u00f1os del mandato CAAC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>24.174 menores<\/strong> v\u00edctimas de asesinatos, mutilaciones, violaciones o reclutamientos por fuerzas armadas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>6.266 ni\u00f1os fueron asesinados<\/strong>, lo que representa un dram\u00e1tico aumento del <strong>34 %<\/strong> con respecto a 2024;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>7.958 ni\u00f1os fueron mutilados<\/strong>, un aumento del <strong>10 %<\/strong> con respecto a 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cruce con los datos del ACNUR sobre los movimientos migratorios<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La violencia provoca desplazamientos forzados de una magnitud sin precedentes, documentados por el informe <em>Global Trends<\/em> del ACNUR, publicado el 11 de junio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El 1,4 % de la poblaci\u00f3n mundial<\/strong> se encuentra actualmente desplazada por la fuerza. Esto representa <strong>una persona de cada 70<\/strong> en el planeta, frente a <strong>una de cada 125<\/strong> hace diez a\u00f1os;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El 39 %<\/strong> de los refugiados del mundo son ni\u00f1os;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El 65 %<\/strong> de los refugiados huyen hacia pa\u00edses vecinos de la zona de conflicto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El 68 %<\/strong> de los refugiados son acogidos por pa\u00edses de ingresos bajos y medios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>9,1 millones de desplazados internos<\/strong> est\u00e1n registrados en Sud\u00e1n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El an\u00e1lisis del Global Peace Index (GPI)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la edici\u00f3n de 2026 del GPI, publicada el 9 de junio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>103 pa\u00edses<\/strong> est\u00e1n involucrados en conflictos exteriores, casi el doble que en 2008 (59 pa\u00edses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>21,81 billones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>: este es el coste econ\u00f3mico mundial de la violencia. Equivale a aproximadamente el <strong>10 %<\/strong> del <strong>PIB mundial<\/strong>, o unos <strong>2.600 d\u00f3lares por habitante<\/strong> en la Tierra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>99 pa\u00edses<\/strong> vieron deteriorarse su \u00edndice de paz este a\u00f1o, lo que ilustra la propagaci\u00f3n de la inestabilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las muertes provocadas por los conflictos en el mundo superaron las <strong>181.000 muertes<\/strong> en 2025, es decir, <strong>seis veces m\u00e1s que en 2008<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fuentes:<\/strong><br><sup>&#8211;
